Technology Venture Partners was founded in 1997 on the belief that development of an effective exit strategy early-on is a critical requirement to maximize return on investment for entrepreneurs and investors alike. High-quality, value-added advice from trusted and experienced professionals during the exit development and execution process ensures that such strategy is successful and yields the desired results.

experience
In the initial years, our firm focused on strategic and operational consultancy to management and investors related to deploying successful exit strategies. Our partners served as senior executives of a number of technology companies as well as non-executive members of the boards of directors of such companies. Our engagements were typically generated from venture capital firms in North-Western Europe and Southern California that sought strategic advice and operational support for an effective exit strategy for their investments.

involvement
In recent years, we broadened the scope of our activities to include mandates as M&A advisors to either Buyers or Sellers. We also assist growth companies with their funding needs. Our engagements are typically initiated by company management that understands that M&A and corporate finance transactions are time-consuming processes that require special skills to achieve optimal results. Our involvement – while we work closely with the management team throughout the process – allows management to focus their time and efforts on the operational success of the business.
